MD simulation of active particle under spatial confinement

By numerically integrating the coupled Langevin equation of active particles, which has additional self-propelling strength in comparing to passive Brownian particle, the mesoscopic collective behaviors under spatial confinement are investigated. Non-equilibrium behavior under different channel widths and propelling strengths are stuided.
